I have a hard time eating my veggies, and Yumm sauce makes them palatable. Kale is wonderful with it. I make Yumm-y mashed potatoes...I get Trader Joe's bag of red, yellow and blue potatoes, throw in a Japanese sweet potato, steam them, mash them up, and then put in salt, some soy/rice butter and about 1/2-3/4 jar of Yumm sauce. Sometimes I'll add fresh dill, but the Yumm sauce gives it enough tang. It's delish! OMG You are so right that Yumm sauce is addictive. I bought some yesterday and served it w/ bbq'd chicken breast. I sprinkled the Chicken w/Cajun Spice, Cayenne, Black pepper and Garlic Pepper. We couldn't stop eating it.
