And the meal above sounds lovely. I'd try some leftover rotisserie chicken...you know, the dark meat that never makes it into the asian chicken noodle soup? What about a little sweet something to go with the mint and spice? And if you have some mint leftover from the noodles, throw it on that half-cup of pineapple you didn't finish to make a nice side salad. yum! Love the idea for the blahg.
