Hi Alan
I thought the same thing about sweet - that's why I used Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce
<a href="http://www.asiamex.com/proddetail.cfm?CFID=13350160&CFTOKEN=72655605&ItemID=694&CategoryID=15&SubCatID=9" rel="nofollow">You can find it here</a>

If you want to share some of the interesting experiments from your kitchen that would be awesome! Thanks for visiting.

Love the idea for the blahg. And the meal above sounds lovely. I'd try some leftover rotisserie chicken...you know, the dark meat that never makes it into the asian chicken noodle soup?

What about a little sweet something to go with the mint and spice?

And if you have some mint leftover from the noodles, throw it on that half-cup of pineapple you didn't finish to make a nice side salad. yum!
